Casey Nizni’s Background

Casey Nizni began his real estate career over 20 years ago, shortly upon graduation from the C.T. Bauer School of Business with a degree in marketing. In 2001, Casey became a full‑time real estate broker and the youngest RE⁠/⁠MAX franchise owner on record. Since 2006, Casey’s real estate practice took a turn towards his own brand and refocused on premium properties and markets, delivering “extraordinary results without the cheeky fees” for the most sophisticated clientele – first in Texas and later in California. To date, Casey has closed over 600 residential, commercial, and business sale transactions and has originated hundreds of mortgage loans.

In 2014, while continuing his interstate investment consulting work, Casey named Los Angeles as his SoCal home base and eventually set out to magnify his real estate brokerage practice in California with Real Brokerage. Clients value Casey and his team for their extraordinary track record and for their unwavering commitment to effective communication, operational accountability, client privacy, polished negotiation, competitive fees, disruptive marketing, and excellence in handling unique high‑end properties.

As a human, Casey is a fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network, a pro bono technology advisor for International Red Cross, a notary public, an experienced transoceanic sailor, a classically trained violin player, an occasional marketing consultant for technology companies, as well as a devoted hiker, an art enthusiast (and a LACMA donor-supporter), and a big fan of jazz, classical, folk, and electronic music.
